We work closely with the asset managers to ensure successful realization from the very beginning of the project.

The refurbishment designs are made by one of the leading architect firms in Hungary, Finta studio (in cooperation with Dutch partner TTDesign). The project is mainly focused on the following key factors: increasing leased areas, improving food offer, improving customer satisfaction and draw more visitors. This is planned to achieve through a number of various operations both indoor and outdoor.
