The Advance Tower Office Center – as a result of the collaboration between FUTUREAL and ESTON – is situated in the busiest office area of District 13 in Budapest. We provided project management services for the fit-out works to 4 of the office spaces in the 8-storey office building for the tenants KGSH (KPMG subsidiary), Thermo Fischer, Sykes and Bunge.

Taking up the challenge of time pressure the project was finished successfully thanks to our extensive management services reaching to the level of subcontractors.
