In order to ensure successful realization from the very beginning of the project we work closely with the asset managers.

The refurbishment designs are made by one of the leading architect firms in Hungary, Finta studio (in cooperation with a Dutch partner, TTDesign). The project mainly focuses on the following key factors: increasing leased areas, improving food offer, improving customer satisfaction and drawingmore visitors. All this is planned to be achieved through a number of various operations both indoor and outdoor.
